Just bought a Q3 with Paul and it went great! He was super attentive even when I emailed him many many emails. I definitely recommend buying from Paul K!

Car service (oil change and software updates) was supposed to take 3-4 hours and ended up taking all day. On the plus side, they detailed my Q7 including waxing which was appreciated. IMO, they need to estimate time better so they don't over promise and under deliver.

David Wood from Audi South Orlando was fantastic...no BS, very responsive and smoothest transaction ever. He also took the extra time to walk me through all the vehicle options including setting up the app on my IPhone...not once but twice. Two thumbs up to David and team. Go see David if you are looking for a luxury car. And the best part they serve FREE Starbucks coffee in the waiting area.
Low-pressure but highly attentive internet salesman, Mac Scott, asked me how I prefer to communicate, and he stuck to it, answering all questions but never pushing. When I came in to buy, he took his time ensuring I went home in a vehicle I loved. The facility is gorgeous, too.
Great service, beautiful facility with lovely amenities. The staff are very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with them and knew my car was in great hands. Mike and Bob are both especially wonderful. ASO is blessed to have them as employees here! Everyone else was great, too- I wish I knew all their names! The loaner car was very convenient and appreciated. Thanks for all you do! I will be back! :(
