I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q7 June 2018, even though I was told it passed 125 point inspection. My truck has been back & forth in the shop 5 times for more than 30 days in less than a year of purchase time. The general manager, service manager and sales person all have ignored my request to considered other options. I’m currently in the process of seeking legal options.
There service was great the general manager was amazing he comes out his office say hi . I never had any other dealership mangers came out and say hi to me . I own 8 cars . Audi makes a difference I truly makes a difference. I couldn’t remember my service guy name but he’s was great to work with 👍🏽 looking for my next service.
Service manager was nice. However, replacing thermostat on my A6 3.0 liter took NINE hours at $159.99 minus 10% AAA discount, OUCH. I've had 9 new Audis since 1974. However due to this extreme charge, today I ordered and placed deposit on a Tesla. Goodbye Audi.
Great service with attention to detail. Salesman Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful with the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He went the extra mile in making sure I was happy with all aspects of the vehicle and the purchase. I also want to mention Manager Adam and Finance Person David who where instrumental in obtaining a price and plan to fit my budget. I must say, this is the first time I go to a dealer and felt they where on my side!
