Thank you Audi South Orlando, and a special thank you to service adviser Manny. I live in Fort Lauderdale, and during a day trip to Orlando my car broke down...on a Sunday. It was towed to Audi SO, where my vehicle was dropped off. Early next morning, Manny called to let me know he would update me as soon as he learned the issue with the vehicle. I recommend scheduling an appointment with Gio. He is very knowledgable about all of their cars, and was able to answer all of the questions I had. On top of that, he is extremely dedicated to customer service. I met with Gio shortly before he was set to leave the country on a vacation, and despite being abroad, he worked tirelessly to help me get my deal done. If you want someone who will go above and beyond for you, Gio is your man.
get rid of the service manager.. He is insulting and disrespectful to customers and Audi does nothing to change it
