The dealership is nice. The sales folks are very nice and not pushy. The car I traded my Mercedes in on is beautiful. The only negative is the car I drove away in was not the car I thought I was buying. This was on my drive home from the dealership I noticed an option that wasn’t in the car I purchased vs the car I test drove. I called and was told the car I test drove sold 2 days prior. This is the best AUDI dealership around, and Jim and their best representative. He not only gets you serviced in a timely manner, but he also give you honest advice on what repairs are recommended without trying to sell you anything additional. I have personally fired 3 other dealers as they tend to be all about the money and not the customer. South Orlando Audi is my home for life for my Q7 and A8. It’s the perfect place for anyone in Pursuit of prestige, luxury and customer service combined!
