Stop spending so much money on useless technology (i.e text message updates, video updates) and actually lower your labor rate to pay for actual repairs and not overhead expenses.
My husband and I had such an awful experience with another Audi dealership in the area, and the team at Audi South definitely turned everything around. We initially placed an order with the first dealership over a year ago. Upon trying to decide on an Audi exclusive color, said dealership was unable to even show us paint samples. Excellent Customer Service! Few shout outs to: Bobby, who proudly served in the Military, BTW, thank you for your services to this great country, (reminds me of Santa) Harrison, who took charge of the service work needed and the Leader of this great Organization, GM Richard, who took time-out to make sure all work was done to our satisfaction . I just purchased my fourth Audi, a 2020 Q5. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Audi South Orlando. My salesman Mo is second to none! Mo is just one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His approach is no pressure he just treats you right. My future cars will be Audi’s and my salesman will be Mo! It’s a great team at the dealership they earn your business and they work to keep it.

Great customer service, not only once you purchase a vehicle here they are the best, but after that process when you bring your Audi for service or for any questions, the service department is just the best ever. Victor Castro is my recommendation in the service department. He is the best, and in sales Gio is first class, finance department Richard and David are the experts!
Spoke to dealer on the phone in the morning. Confirmed they had vehicle and made appt. for 5 PM. Obtained and forwarded dealer loan pre-approval through Car Gurus approved lender. Called before leaving my home approx. one hour away and re-confirmed. While in the parking lot of the dealership I received call advising vehicle had been sold. Horrible way of doing business. I left and purchased a vehicle two days later from another source.
