I do not recommend their service department. They had my car for 3 weeks and didn't fix it. Asked to speak to the Service Manager and/or General Manager and didn't get a call until a day later after I had called and texted several times. Never did receive a call from the General Manager who was always unavailable when I asked to speak to him.

I was visiting Orlando on business and suffered a tire blowout. My car was towed to this dealership for repair and I could not have been happier with my experience. The service I received was excellent. Derek was my service agent and took such good care of me and his manager Josh was also very nice. Audi should be very proud of this dealership, I highly recommend it.
Couldn’t ask nor expect more from a dealership. Neil, David, Dave, Mike all very efficient, courteous, willing to go the extra mile for our satisfaction. The 2019 Audi Q5 Premium Plus was prepped and and turned over to us after initial class on basic features and functions with great care and satisfaction. 10/10 or 5/5 rating with plus up praise and thanks to them and Audi staff in general who worked to make our buying experience the most pleasurable and satisfying.
We recommend scheduling an apt with Val. We were first time Audi buyers he took his time asking us a various amount of questions pairing us up with the rite vehicle. Professional no pressure friendly The no haggling pricing was awesome. The test drive was incredible!! This was the easiest way of making our purchase. Everyone we encountered in the dealership were awesome. Highly recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. I will travel back from Merritt Island to have my car serviced here.
We just purchased our 2019 Audi Q7 on Saturday, June 8th, with our salesperson, Austin Christopher. Of all the years both my husband and I have been purchasing automobiles, I have to say Austin is 'The Best'.
