Really enjoyed my experience at Audi South Orlando! Car buying is something I dread because I hate sitting in a dealership all day...these guys got me in and out quickly and they made sure I was able to drive home in the car of my dreams. RecommendedThis is a nice dealership, from helpful, courteous staff and a waiting area with coffee, water, and snacks. Harrison from the service department handled my service promptly and professionally, and the service crew finished ahead of time. I couldn't be more pleased.
We brought our Audi in for repair due to the timing chain and tensioners going bad. Harrison was wonderful he gave me daily updates and assured us everyday for about a week that our vehicle was in good hands. We picked the vehicle up yesterday and it runs like it's brand new. Thank you so much Harrison for your amazing customer service and taking good care of our vehicle. We will definitely recommend you again. :)

RecommendedWe went in to check the oil. We got it topped off and at 700 miles the Audi alert came on with low oil. Very odd at 700 miles as its burning to much oil. Audi charged me $190 to do a diagnosis and at the end said nothing was wrong and it was the "pistons" which is $8,000 repair. I find it hard to believe that is the issue. The service was top notch service and everyone is very kind, I was disappointed in the charge and "solution" that was provided.
