They listened to the things that I thought I might be having issues with. After the service manager went over the initial inspection on my Q5, he thought that I only needed to have two of my three investigated. For the third, my side mirror heaters, he told me a special trick to make sure they were working. He also checked on the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty that I had on my car in case I might need it for the air conditioner. Harrison was awesome!

I was met with elite service curbside for regular maintenance on my car. The professionalism under the hood and at the counter has not been matched in my car buying/ maintenance experience. The discussion with Mike (service representative) concerning the work required currently and maintenance in the future was helpful and informative with a sufficient level of technical detail for me to make decisions.
Purchased a brand new Audi A5 and a Ford F-150 from Audi South Orlando today. I wish I could give more than five stars. Our sales rep Mackenzie Scott was the best. He found the perfect car for my son as well as a great deal on a truck for my husband. This dealership is awesome. From Mackenzie to the manager Richard, all the way to Lawrence in finance.
