Everyone from the greeter to the service tech was friendly responsive and courteous. however when i called to ask a question there was no answer and my call was never returned, I guess that once you leave the dealership you are no longer important.

Passing along feedback - purchased an A4 this year at ASO - great experience - only problem was financed through the dealership which ended up being a loan from Regions Bank - not sure if they informed you but they have no option to pay online unless you have a Regions account - it's a hassle that I would have avoided if informed at the outset - something I think about every month as I'm mailing a check or waiting on hold with Regions like it's 1998 - all else was great - Thanks
