Audi of south Orlando, great experience had a nice time buying my use car , everybody was super nice,salesman have great knowledge of his Product , but fail fail to give all information on the vehicle because I don’t know the car with out navigation he didn’t tell and I paid a lot of money for the car it’s my fault not his , I will recommend this dealership to anybody but get all your questions answered before you sign.
I was very happy with the entire experience getting my A4 serviced. My service advisor even took the time to show me around the building since it was my first time there. All of the employees seemed very professional and it is a very nice facility. The work was completed quickly and I was on my way with a free car wash and vacuum.

Starting with the initial phone call to the dealership the customer service is excellent. Could not have had a better experience. I had previous experience with other Audi dealerships which paled in comparison with Audi South Orlando. Thanks Roman!
Generally I despise car salespeople. However, for the very first time in my life this one car salesperson was truly excellent. Stayed away until I indicated I was ready. No sales pitch or bull crap. Very nice...
Love this place! I bought my A3 here and also take it here for service. They absolutely take customer care to the next level. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. They provide coffee, water and snacks for while you wait or they'll take you to the mall if you'd rather wait there. It's so relaxing I almost look forward to taking my car to be serviced.
