The repair parts I needed were not quoted correctly and I was treated dismissively when I asked about the +$200 increase in my cost than quoted. I was told I’d have a follow up call from the GM the following business day, which never happens. Will go to a different dealership for service in the future.

RecommendedSally in the service department was amazing! She explained the work they recommended on my Q7 TDI. She didn’t pressure me into making a decision right when she called and was understanding when I said I wanted to go over it with my husband. She called me with an update when my car was not going to be ready until the following day. I will be returning to Audi Peoria and Sally anytime my Audi needs service.

Extremely unhappy with the repair service! Leased Audi A5 2018 MMI rebooting problem. from day one. Unable to fix it! Visited dealership 3!!! times. Problem is still here. Thought about buying a car after lease ends, now would go with other dealership or car brand. Avoid! Zero star!
