Excellent service. I went for an oil change and when I got back home I noticed one of my wheel bolt cover fell off. I talked to Michael Coburn and he took care of everything, he even drove to where I was and install it for me since I wasn’t able to go to the dealership that day. As a woman, car service departments can be intimidating. Every one was nice and welcoming on my 20kmile service. But I later discovered they did NOT perform a standard recall fix, and up-sold me a service package that they stated was Audi recommended items but turns out is dealer recommended. Totally took advantage of my lack of experience and did so with such a kind face!!! So buyers beware- I got taken; dont let it happen to you!!! And shame on you Audi South for taking advantage of your female customers.
