Inquired about two different Audis. Never spoke to anyone on the phone, only text messages and emails. Never received a trade in value for my Audi. Ended up making a 9 hour trip to trade my A5 on an A8 in Naples. This is the 3rd Audi I’ve purchased this year. I’d prefer to do business locally, but I guess they don’t need my business.

I would like to share with everyone in my review of Audi of South Orlando. So I did a online appraisal for my vehicle to sell to a AutoNation on December 21, 2022. I had received a response that they would pay $55,500 for my vehicle. On April 18 2022, I purchased from Audi South Orlando, a used as is, bumper to bumper inspection in excellent condition,2017 Audi SQ5, per Audi Brand Specialist: Anthony E. The Customer Financial Services Manager: Gabriel E. introduced an extended warranty in excess of $3K which I declined. I agreed to the vehicle care protection for: $880.00, which only covers 4 services of oil changes, tire rotations to 4/18/2027. NB: No services redeemed to date. Aweful experience they called and said it was available they gave me pictures and the price of 82,000 then after a 2 hour drive they told me there was a $20,000 mark up making it $102,000

Extremely disappointing.after communicating for a few days concerning questions about the car and price, I had decided on purchasing the vehicle. I just need to physically see the vehicle and test drive it. We set up an appointment for Friday at 1:30 pm. This appointment was confirmed by the sales rep.
