The salesman was professional and courteous and took me through the process in a short amount of time.

The service department: I purchased new tires from Tom Wood for my A4 last August. Several weeks ago, I had a flat tire (yea pot hole). I decided to go to Audi to have it repaired. After a couple of hours, the service rep (I think Trey) said he had some good news. The tires that were installed back in August were the wrong model.
