Great facility, but poor service. I have owned six Audi’s, and the cars are fantastic. The dealership here has been a disappointment time and time again. Denied warranty service (unless you engage the service manager) damage to your vehicle when being serviced, and disdain for those who do their own work on their cars. Compared to another dealer, who CPO’d the vehicle I maintained, it is a shame to have such a poor Audi representation here in Indianapolis. How bad is it? We recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and worked with Justin Locke. He did a fantastic job and has followed thru on a few additional itmers for us. The finance department was also great to work with and we will be sure to shop there again!

I drove 30 miles each way to be told that my part - a recall part - hadn’t been delivered! I was very unhappy with the service! Also the reception area is very disorganized with no direction as to where you should check in. Definitely would not recommend them!
