Hit an Indianapolis pot hole on I-69 near 96th street exit. Fabulous Audi roadside service and I'm now getting my new tire. Highly recommend getting the tire wheel warranty with purchase. They made an inconvenient incident easy pesy. Thanks Audi Indianapolis

Would like to be greeted by someone when I walk in rather than be left standing at the door wondering what to do. Eventually someone looks up and then tells me to wait a minute while they finish what they are doing. Not a very pleasant experience and happens every time I go there. Makes me feel like my time doesn’t matter as much as whatever they are doing. Someone to triage at the door would be a pleasant change to the current process.

I was told they could fix my car in one day, it took 7. Turns out the tech made a mistake so they had to repair more than the one part they told me about and I had to call twice to find that out myself. I also took my car in for the second part of the oil consumption test. The tech (I don’t know if it’s the same one) doesn’t remember if he put oil in my car. So I had to drive back to have my oil topped off.

I have been going to Tow Wood Audi for several years now and have always been treated with respect from the sales and service staff. The staff is professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership.

Took my Audi 8 in for 1500 mole service and to check brakes and antena that was not working. They were very generous in getting me a loaner car to use while the antena repair was being made. Trey was professional and informative and kept me apprised of what was happening. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at Audi.
