The manager of Audi Indianapolis told a customer it’s ok for them to provide bad customer service review because they have a 4.7 rating on Google reviews. The manager also stated the customer could go to Bloomington or Lafayette dealerships if he needed to have his car serviced in the future. This is not customer service!
Disgusting customer service from the manager. Please do better!!

Rob has always been responsive to our needs, and remembers our interests. The technology of the product brings us back. The responsiveness of the Tom Wood team keeps us happy.
Not impressed. 2018 A6 luxury car with only 13,000 needs $1100 brake job and it’s not covered by warranty after 12,000 miles!! Embarrassing for this type of vehicle.
