I like how Audi Indy sends me an email when it's time to make an appointment. Each time I have visited the dealership the customer service was excellent. They make me feel welcome each and every time, which is nice because I always feel a little nervous when it comes to car repairs and service. On my most recent visit Justin G got me in and out within 30 min. He explained what would be done to the car and asked if I had any questions afterwards. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
