Awesome dealer awesome cars. On my 4th.
Andrew and the rest of the Service Team are great. Always get me in and out quickly and address all of my concerns. Glad to have them keeping my S5 at peak performance and running smoothly down the road.
Terrible poor customer service
no...not at all...When it comes to customer service...You Must Do Better!
Horrible service department. Had me waiting for 45 minutes before they came out and told me that they couldn’t fit me in. Then, when I tried to contact them, I couldn’t get a call back. They told their manager they called me several times. Call logs on both my phone and my husband’s phone proved otherwise.
Manager is very disrespectful and seems to think his business will survive regardless of discriminatory practices against African Americans. #Dobetter
Terrible customer service. Below is what was said to someone I know. This is 2019 people. The manager of Tom Wood Audi Indianapolis told me it’s ok for them to provide bad customer service because they have a 4.7 rating on Google reviews. The icing on the cake was when he justified people of color being mistreated and said we could go to Bloomington or Lafayette dealerships if we needed our cars serviced. #ThisCantBeReal
The manager seems to believe he can treat people of color any way and provide terrible customer service because they have or HAD a 4.7 star rating. I would strongly suggest any person of color to take your business elsewhere.
