friendly and courteous service
$3400. Car doing the same thing. They need arrested for fraud.
Very sensitive to lost time of customers. Minor recall done in 30 minutes and car came out washed and cleaned. Very impressive.
Their service department is outstanding, and their service representatives are very responsive and helpful. Vu Tran goes above and beyond to take care of his clients.
The service advisors are very knowledgeable and nice.
Justin was the first service writer to treat me well. He and April were awesome. I hate going on the TOM WOOD car lots. We are always treated so poorly. I love my Audi, but usually dread having to take my car in. This time was a refreshing change!!!
Mike Solis was very informative and helpful at my oil change appointment.
Great service by all involved! My A6 TDI 45,000 mile service was promised by 3pm but ready much earlier. The ease of check-in and check-out couple with the loaner vehicle was excellent.
