As is always the case, I had an outstanding experience at Audi Indianapolis when bringing in my vehicle for the 20k check. Mike did an excellent job of checking in on me on and answering all of my questions. Hands down, this has consistently been the best dealership I have ever had my vehicles serviced. And the new building is terrific.

Finally, a dealer that still believes in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was searching for a larger truck when I came across the 1 truck Tom Wood Audi had on their lot. Got in touch with Steve Malz, who kept in contact with me over a 3 1/2 week timespan working out details and financing. When the time came to pick up the truck, Steve went so far as to assist me in moving my toolbox from old truck to new truck. Will be going back again when the time comes for another vehicle. Keep up the great customer service
