I have been a loyal Tom Wood customer for over 17 years now. Took my 2017 Audi Q5 back to the dealership for another issue! Multiple recalls, steering wheel malfunction where it had to be pulled out of my garage screeching and then towed to the dealership and NOW my brakes are screeching so loud it’s embarrassing! The service representative told me that Crew car wash was the reason my breaks screech, something about their tire wash...they sprayed something on the brakes and it still screeches! Very friendly and professional service and sales staff. They are very accommodating wth a loaner car even if you drop by without an appointment to address a service issue. They tell you straight up what the issue is and the parts & labor breakdown. They don't try to get you to spend unnecessary $ with them if the issue is not that critical for the moment. That's why I have being going back for service there for over 20 years.

Had a service appointment for new tires and wheels. Waited their very nice and quiet waiting area upstairs. Was able to complete a lot of work while they completed the job. On time and as estimated.

Made an appointment for 10:30am for oil change. Was given a rental because we were told that the complete service would take 2-3 hours because they would be changing the spark plugs. Returned to dealership at 4:16 after texting and calling the service representative to see if our A7 was ready but he did not respond to either. Our car had not even been started on. Very happy with the service I receive on my Audi. I'm always treated with the utmost respect and know the service will be done right the first time. I'm especially happy in working with Andrew Fier. He is very knowledgeable of Audis and vehicles in general which is hard to find in a dealership these days.
