I love my pre-owned Audi! I've had it for 2 years and couldn't be happier! I've had nothing but excellent service from this dealership. I've even purchased 2 vehicles for my kids as well. No problem... Lee has been courteous and patient through all of my purchases. I've had service performed (regular maintenance).... No problem. I'll be purchasing another Audi after I'm done with this one.
Brought in 2013 Q5 for an oil change. Employees drove vehicle with no oil. Destroyed the engine. Management said they wanted to make things right. Their actions spoke louder than their words. We are very disappointed in their service and their managers.
Two vehicles purchased there so far. Have had others serviced there as well. Great environment and great staff. Very pleased!
