We have been visiting this dealership from last two years to get our car serviced and it has always been a pleasant experience. But this time we turned in our old lease and got a new Q5 from them, and the overall experience was nothing but great. Even when we thought that the deal might not go through and withdrew our offer Audi Indy came through in the best way and, helped us get that car. I was there for my annual oil change. I was there for a little over an hour. Geat snacks and drinks while you wait. Even phone chargers to fir any phone. Awesome!

I was in Indy on a business trip and got a flat tire on my A5. I have the wheel and tire insurance that I purchased when I bought my car, so I took it to Audi Indianapolis to have them change the tire. Not only did they change my tire but also did some software updates that were supposed to be done on my car and an oil change which I was due for. I have been a customer of TW and now Audi Indianapolis for some 14 years. They have always treated me and my car awesomely well. Last weekend, I finally purchased another car from them and they were amazing to work with. Very friendly, informative and made the entire sale a pleasure. I can't remember the last time I had a car purchase go so smoothly.. well, except for the last time I bought an Audi. Top notch folks.. and an amazing new facility.
