Please if you care about your family and friend do not encourage them to move anywhere, where Evergreen Management Group 17 Commerce Dr, Bedford, NH 03110 <br /> Is the property manager. They have not helped me with flooding in my basement that I have told them about since 2020. At one time before 2020 they had a wonderful property manager overseeing everything before 2020 his name was Titus Cramer, he took phone calls, talked to us, read are email and responded and had gotten things repaired correctly with good contractors.... read more

My car was towed illegally for unscheduled maintenance on the property. No attempt was made to reach me. When I called to ask what the company policy was for this situation I was placed on hold for a half hour and told I needed to pay over a hundred dollars to file a complaint. I would recommend taking you business elsewhere. If your in the market for a condo make sure these guys arent managing the property.

They ****. I didnt want to pay directly from my bank any longer they charged me 130 in returned fees. I had written a check to rent out community ******** instead of cashing it. They tacked the cost into my HOA fees and fined me for late payment. I called the local office spoke with the manager. She told me to go direct on town square the portal to make payments. And she kept closing out every single inquiry I put on there.

I cant get a return phone call for a question I have. When you ask who is in charge they say the community manager, which ours quit and all their foreign customer service reps say its ********************** who no longer works there. I'm considering moving just to get away from this ridiculous association. I have been fined for parking my vehicle in my own driveway, warned about dropping a cigarette **** on the sidewalk, and most recently, fined $1000 for missing an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned. No one seems to think that this is a problem. Reaching anyone to even discuss the issue is virtually impossible.
