Beware of this condo association…management team. They won’t and don’t help with anything to your condominium. In addition, they will charge you move in/out fee, even though you (owner) does everything on the administration side and physical moving. Regarding of the complaint, they will collect that unnecessary fees from you and said, it’s part of the condo rules, so owner has to stick to it.

!!!! BUYER BEWARE **************** doesnt even deserve one star. ********************* buying/renting in any community they oversee. They do nothing to resolve any issues, just rudely reply and close tickets. You can never talk to anyone on the phone or in person. I whole heartily regret the home buy and wish we would have done more research on this company, the builder and the area.

Temecula, Ca Branch The board members are corrupt under rule of an ex police officer who was forced into retirement for his own toxic behavior while being on the force. The associa rep does not respond to any emails, and does not know how to use her own porthole web page. They have stolen money from my account that I set up to auto pay my monthly calling it a "fine". Associa Arizona in Tucson is the most inept business I have ever dealt with. I have called 7-10 random times during regular business hours. No answer by a person. Like others have pointed out, they do not answer their phones. Nor did they respond to messages. You need an appointment to see them in person. Classic Catch-22. I only got a response after using FedEx to mail a letter with tracking. The response to my letter turned out to be a lie. I was told I would receive a refund of my over paid association dues within 10 busi... read more

Ignores issues. Never takes pro active steps to ensure quality. They wait until enough people complain and then take the bare minimum action. I had some plumbing work down and I had to use their plumber to turn the water off and on. It cost $280 dollars for approximately 3 min of work. There was a storm and some siding fell off. I called and a guy came and he just put drywall screws into the siding.
