Predatory practices, disgusting temperament in their employee Yvonne *****. Do not use them for your HOA needs.
The worst customer service experience in **********************. They treat homeowners poorly. They continuously lie and choose which emails they will respond. Most of the time they ignore the homeowner that has a valid issue. They send erroneous cease and desist letters filled with unproven ludicrous statements that I implored them to prove. Of course they simply slid back underneath the rock where they belong.This company is a sham and has a public online reputation of 1. Only because 0 is not an option.

I’ve lived for over 18 years in my town home. Never had issues with paying association fees until the business was taken over by Associa. They are charging me for late payment when they already had my check for over 2 months. Lame

Cities Management has a billing practice that makes it impossible to make a payment on time thru the ** Mail. They bill in the 20th of December and charge a $45 late fee on January 1. A 10 day turn around with two holidays and the *************** mail make that due date absurd.

Please if you care about your family and friend do not encourage them to move anywhere, where Evergreen Management Group 17 Commerce Dr, Bedford, NH 03110 <br /> Is the property manager. They have not helped me with flooding in my basement that I have told them about since 2020. At one time before 2020 they had a wonderful property manager overseeing everything before 2020 his name was Titus Cramer, he took phone calls, talked to us, read are email and responded and had gotten things repaired correctly with good contractors.... read more
