Hello, my name is ******. I am new with applying for assistance with Associa, and so far the process with the representative is going good. I have submitted what she asked for, and the response is wonderful.
Horrible Service. *******************, apparently the Community Manager never ever responds to any issues. I have been trying to contact him for a month, they open a ticket and then he closes it without even calling or emailing about it. I am surprised that these people manage our hard-earned **************** and don't even have the decency to communicate when needed. They put a late fee for HOA and asked me to sign the waiver form which I have submitted a couple of times, they didn't get time to review it for months and the... read more

Our small community (42 villas) in ******************, ** has had major issues with ******************* for several years. We can't get them to produce timely meeting minutes, they've never been able to provide a listing of open repair requests submitted by owners into their web portal so their progress can be monitored, our owners are upset because they close repair requests when they assign them to contractors (vs. when the work is completed). etc.Most recently our HOA accrued late charges from our property insurers becaus... read more
Their mishandling of our communitys siding replacement left me with a damaged house. They asked that we wait until the project was finished to log the complaint. We did. A year after the damage was done, I sent an email with their completed form. 18 months later I contacted them asking, what in the world is taking so long?Another week goes by before I hear from the Community Manager. The email (11:40am) states that she will be available until 1pm.I respond at 12:18pm (less than 40 minutes later). 8 minutes after that, I rece... read more
