CMC is the property management company that services our community is a horrible, awful, and worst community management service provider in Aldie VA. This is a management company that takes advantage of the community in which they are supposed to take care of and are terrible to work with. No value-added service to the homeowners. We have had no representation in our community for a long time and so far, we have had 3 community managers replaced and yet no representative hired yet for our community. Associa filed a lien on my house claiming I did not pay my HOA. Associa failed to notify their collection agency they changed banks. My check was sent to their former bank. I cannot get anyone at Associa to return my calls or emails. Even though I have paid I still have a lien on my house.

CIse surely that's what I'm putting here after the encounter this morning I had with a lady name Roni ******* She called from associa to help me understand the back to back letters of none sense I've been receiving, she started by "Ugh I know where is this going already" I mean, How rude you can be?? After three formal attempts to resolve our CDD fees payment issue with Lisa ****** ************* representative in St. Johns Count, Florida we have referred Associa to the Better Business Bureau. The issue is a simple one: crediting our account for two months fees when payment was made by check. Copies of the cancelled checks were forwarded to Ms. ****** who promised three times the issue would be immediately corrected. We have lived in our home for over five years. The five years has been a roller coaster experience due to the fact that this management company does a terrible job. Homeside properties decides to randomly drive around and I'm assuming play a game and just choose what house they want to place a violation on. We randomly get pressure washing violations, trash violations and even weeds in our flower bed violation. Their employees are acting as swindlers. In particular, Ivana ****** Conspiring between an administrator and a resident which also a strata council, against other residents. Ivana gave me the impression of a corrupt and vicious person, aggressive, who has no sympathy whatsoever. She is unreliable since she has no problem believing someone's accusations, even if there is no justification or evidence to support it. You lost my invoice again? Worst company ever. They intentionally prohibit progress and with hold funds for up to 50 days! nobody communicating down there. Don't hire them.

Associa in Orlando is the worst company I have ever seen. Our community is 100% ready for months and they didn't start the turnover process. We don't have an appropriate trash dumpster for the entire community, the landscape is the same as inexistente, the gates have been damaged for months, the playground is inappropriate because it's for residential use and it is almost falling, the pool has broken paves for months but now they decided to closed it and don't give us a due date to have it reopen (and they are not working to... read more

This is a do nothing HOA. Called many times emailed many times complained many times. I get the "we are on it" thing with no results. This is going on 4 years + now. Dog feces not picked up and they refuse to put up a sign. Mattresses left at the curb for weeeeeeks. Broken tv left at the curb for weeeeeks. Rat infested development with no care to remedy the problem. Folks using the deck poles to hang their clothes. Broken down cars left for years. Makeshift outside storage. Curb uneven and broken.
