Temecula, Ca Branch The board members are corrupt under rule of an ex police officer who was forced into retirement for his own toxic behavior while being on the force. The associa rep does not respond to any emails, and does not know how to use her own porthole web page. Associa Arizona in Tucson is the most inept business I have ever dealt with. I have called 7-10 random times during regular business hours. No answer by a person. Like others have pointed out, they do not answer their phones. Nor did they respond to messages. You need an appointment to see them in person. Classic Catch-22. Ignores issues. Never takes pro active steps to ensure quality. They wait until enough people complain and then take the bare minimum action. I had some plumbing work down and I had to use their plumber to turn the water off and on. It cost $280 dollars for approximately 3 min of work. There was a storm and some siding fell off. I called and a guy came and he just put drywall screws into the siding.
Predatory practices, disgusting temperament in their employee Yvonne *****. Do not use them for your HOA needs.
The worst customer service experience in **********************. They treat homeowners poorly. They continuously lie and choose which emails they will respond. Most of the time they ignore the homeowner that has a valid issue. They send erroneous cease and desist letters filled with unproven ludicrous statements that I implored them to prove. Of course they simply slid back underneath the rock where they belong.This company is a sham and has a public online reputation of 1. Only because 0 is not an option.

I’ve lived for over 18 years in my town home. Never had issues with paying association fees until the business was taken over by Associa. They are charging me for late payment when they already had my check for over 2 months. Lame
Cities Management has a billing practice that makes it impossible to make a payment on time thru the ** Mail. They bill in the 20th of December and charge a $45 late fee on January 1. A 10 day turn around with two holidays and the *************** mail make that due date absurd.
