We submitted an ARC application in March. Weve followed up several times without response. Then we submitted the ARC to the townsq app in March. If I can give less I would. The worse HOA association ever!! I missed a board meeting due to work and requested the minutes from the meeting and the roster and have been getting the run around for a month. If your board members didn't take minutes, just let me know, they don't do their job anyway. They also said I have to pay to get the information i requested. I pay dues, why do I have to pay for meeting minutes?

Company doesn't return calls, and its website contact form doesnt work. I have spent several days trying to contact them. I a few weeks, I will be billed thousands of dollars for a new HOA Master policy since they are unable to supply evidence of insurance coverage, which I have a legal right to see.

Where's the 0 star rating? I have called them and emailed them a few times. I have waiting months in between in order to give them enough time to respond to others. It's now been 3 months since first contact when I was told that I would be given a call back. This has been once of the worst customer experiences I've experienced. Ironically, it's been so I can figure out how to pay them. They don't return calls or emails in a timely manner and have charged me ridiculous fees for not paying when all I've been trying to do is pa... read more
