This management company fails to provide services to the condominium owners who live at ********************** in *************, **. The company has worked with the association board for one year and has accomplished nothing. Our association dues went up last year (for management company services), but no improvements have been made. If anything, the property has been ignored. This company has (mis)managed the building I've lived in the passed seven years and it has only deteriorated. I'm at home a fraction of the year and when I'm there I abide by the guidelines and keep my head down. Had multiple packages and a bicycle stolen, as well as an attempt for a motorcycle; each time going through law enforcement and reaching out to the building manager if anything can be done to improve security. Other minor requests such as asking if they can reach out to other neighbors to turn loud music down, infor... read more

The *** I preside over as had numerous financial management issues, such as L&N paying invoices for a different communitys repair bills, not depositing the *** management reserve contributions into the reserve investment account, and refusing to pay the *** back for several thousand dollars in erroneous insurance payments. Beyond the current community manager, L&************ runs on radio silence and refuses to communicate with the *** on issue resolution. Stay away fro... read more

I would rate zero if I could. I can never get anyone on the phone when I call, I have to email and wait for a couple of days. Because no one knows the answer to my questions (like how do I pay my bill as a new owner?) We are paying a high HOA fee and have zero amenities. They Wont fix the pool, (about 2 years now) we have one washer and one dryer for about 8 people. And kids, Of course no heat or hot water is included, no playground. So far I am so disappointed we bought a place where they are our HOA. Company. $$371 a month... read more
