This company deserves negative stars. They either dont do work, do shoddy work, or never finish work. On top of that, they are rude and take months to respond to minor problems. And they stir up unnecessary conflicts. They tried to convince half the owners that we dont own the storage units that we bought. That did not go down well and may have been a delay and distract tactic so we wouldnt notice the terrible job they were doing. It didnt work. Thank God were getting rid of them. Avoid at all costs!

Not a fan of these folks at all! They have an asternomical employee turnover rate and are never quick to respond or deal with a problem or issue. I would not recommend this management company to anyone! If we could ditch them, we would! I'm on my 16th or 17th property manager in 13 years. Our complex looks like ****, they never enforce any fines, and they keep dumping us off on whatever new employee walks through the door. We have to constantly start over from scratch. HOA board meeting scheduled for 5:30 pm. It's 6:50 pm and no notice of meeting cancelation. and we're all waiting. Meanwhile there was a shooting in our neighborhood yesterday and we all are left in the dark. Very *************************** in my opinion.

I have owned a property managed by Associa Gulf Coast for about 3 years. In those 3 years we have had a new "manager" every 6 months and membership increases for what seems like less service. I have had a number of issues that I have reported to the *** and Associa that have gone unanswered/unresolved, some going on for close to 2 years. The call center reps are extremely unprofessional and have very limited knowledge on anything to do with the properties/communities under their management and fail to communicate internally ... read more

For 17 months my home has been sitting in water. I cannot get someone to fix the grading and drainage behind my home . The builder the **** and the landscapers (The Greenery) just ignore the problem. In the meantime, heavy lawn mowers have created even more ruts behind my home. We pay $270/mo, for lawn services. It is an outrage.
