Im a member of the Princeville of Hanalei HOA. The annual bill stated I could pay my bill on line for a $2.95 service fee. (I did, using a credit card). When the transaction was complete an additional convenience fee of $56.00 was added to the receipt (3.5%). I immediately called and asked that I get refunded and I would pay by check. I was told, no refunds and that was the way it was. I asked to speak with a manager and was put through to voice mail (call not returned). This is a TERRIBLE company. They'd get Zero stars if this interface would allow it. I'm trying to get a Resale Certificate. I don't know how they managed to do it, but they sent a Certificate with the address of a property that I don't own. It seems to me that it would be the bare minimum to make this impossible, but apparently not. Having spotted this error, I spent FIVE HOURS trying to find the right person to fix this issue, and got exactly nowhere. My ************* was also working on it, and they think they have it hand... read more

This is a TERRIBLE company. They'd get Zero stars if this interface would allow it. I'm trying to get a Resale Certificate. I strongly doubt that they are discriminating against homeowners based on Color, Ethnicity, or Religion, my experience with them was that ugly I had to send to the *** to investigate their behavior, they increased the *** charges without doing anything, and our swimming pool needs maintenance for 2 years, they collected money fr doing nothing.
Your company is probably worse than any other company out there. Associa uses townsquare and these folks have simply no idea what's going on in our community. The property manager for our community(before we fired her, then him) told us first hand that he doesn't look on the townsquare posts. This company is clueless. They do not allow residents to contact the actual property manager. This company has no idea what they are doing. Steer clear and don't waste your money!
