Billing issues. Their ledger systems are antiquated and no real explanation given for why my bill is a lot larger . Rude management that does not return calls or emails unless you badger them. Supposedly they work for the residents since its our dues thst pay their salaries ultimately but they are condescending and dishonest

First, accusing us of being dishonest is slanderous unless proven to be factual. which it is not. Such a comment jeopardizes our reputation, and we take this type of accusation very seriously. This client has received an accurate detailed ledger of her account. Her emails have been responded within a reasonable amount of time and this customer continues to go out of her way to badger our valued staff. I am the treasurer with an HOA that Associa is supposed to manage. They are 8 months behind on providing us with financial statements, several invoices have not been timely paid, assistance with managing our projects has been limited along with other requests which are unfulfilled. We have verbally expressed our dissatisfaction for several months and asked for improvement. We wish to have our contract terminated. Because our requests have not been made in writing, they will not terminate. Why would a company wish to be tied ... read more

The accounting department doesn't return calls. We have never been informed when a repair has been made to a utility and we can resume using it, such as AC or water, despite asking them to follow this guideline that the management company is supposed to follow. They haven't posted our HOA meeting notes for the past SIX MONTHS. They say our key fobs are work... read more

Probably the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. They never respond to emails. Takes weeks to get a call back. Say they will fix your issue, then a couple weeks go by and nothing is fixed or handled. Supposed to power wash our homes every year. They have done it once in the past 4 years. They were supposed to paint all of our front doors and shutters last year. Still hasnt happened yet. HORRIBLE HOA.

Aa oceanfront condos and rentals has poor customer service. Gave them 29 days notice to cancel my trip due to a medical emergency. They refused to give me a fill refused a full refund. Unfortunate things come up! Don't rent from them!!
