This company should be ashamed of how they handle their customers! I have called multiple time and left multiple messages! This company took over as the new condominium association and has yet to contact the homeowners with a way to pay our condo dues. Why am I reaching out to you to give you my hard earned money! Embarrassment of a company!

I've been with four different management companies for the *** that I have lived in for thirty years and by far, this company is the worst. Our community has suffered a lot of damage and deterioration due to lack of maintenance. While some can be "blamed" on Hurricanes, a lot of the neglect cannot. After **** 9/11/2017 it took five years to finally get new gutters and a roof (they were tarped) I personally had several leaks (in my bedroom) and my sliding glass doors began to leak and water came into my home I feel it was fro... read more

Totally agree with all the 1 stars!! This group is trouble.... literally keeps our HOA from doing their fiduciary responsibilities. Completely ignores accounting questions, their accounting practices are stuck in the ****s. Luckily, we could get out from under because they breached their own contract by their shady actions. Ignores straight forward questions. In all my years, I have never seen a company run SO poorly!

Wish I could give 0 stars. What do you get for your annual dues? Miserable customer service mismanaged funds, rec facilities with rules that you don't agree with, limited access to community facilities, letters every other month for ridiculous infractions like garbage cans put out the day before. **************** cant wait to convince my HOA to drop them like a bad habit.

If you want to have bunch of unhappy owners, this is your company. Those people act like a bunch of swindlers and do not get the job done...... Run the other way if you do not want to be at loss. Things that are happening here are beyond normal.

They just became our property management company and sporadically answer my email, nothing about lights out in the halls, no one answers voicemails, gave me wrong account number to register on Town Square website, that help email is a mailer daemon, God forbid there is an emergency. They are an invisible entity. I feel it must be one person collecting our checks in ***********.
