I own two condo's where Associa was/is the management company. We fired them from one condo association. Very happy!! Unfortunately, I'm stuck with them on the second property. I just wrote my sixth request. All six have either gone unanswered or answered improperly. Terrible company to deal with. They seem to forget that the association pays them. We are the employer!!!

Called ***** ******** to to report an issue with package theft in the building and she had the nastiest attitude, was very rude, and suggested to rent out a locker outside of the building instead of trying to solve the problem. Very unpleasant first experience with this company

A few days ago (in December) we received multiple letters from Associa, our new HOA management company. They apparently added additional assessments in October with NO communication. THEN applied a late fee when it wasn't paid. Of course it was not paid! How could we know about the extra fee in October without a bill or email? For reference, we usually get billed once a year in December. I want to believe this is not a scam to gather "late fees", but am less confident as they continue tp refuse to reply to my query.

Associa *************** is the absolute worst Zero communication, customer service, and organization. I live at the ****** *************** in ************, ******** and the lack of accountability is horrendous. Every review on here is correct, seems like it doesn't matter who the reps are or the state you're located it. These people are awful and do not live by the companies perceived values. What a joke of a company. Keeps sending me fake late charges, even though I sent them copy of a check being cashed waaaay before deadline. Guess what...nobody answers phone or emails, even emergency one. I am getting a lawyer

I wish I could leave a zero star review. I received a fraudulent complaint, and after providing Associa with proof from our bylaws as well as sharing the discussion I had with the fire department, I was spoken down to and disregarded. ******* ****** is the most disrespectful and rude person to deal with. I have been trying for years to pay my ***************. None of their people are helpful. Their TownSquare app is awful!!! It is not user friendly at all :( They accumulate charges and fees and don't really seem to care that you are trying to pay but can't through any of the normal methods that others allow. I even tried to auto pay and do bank draft, but neither was effective. Their app takes the money 5 days too late and won't let you pay on any other day. This company is a joke. They never have your best interest at heart. ***** ******* and ****** ******** retold a residents experience to our HOA board members and laughed while she shared her concerns. They are unprofessional and uneducated on how to deal with residents and handle concerns. These two women are ***** and should be removed from their roles, they do nothing for the properties they represent.
