Aa oceanfront condos and rentals has poor customer service. Gave them 29 days notice to cancel my trip due to a medical emergency. They refused to give me a fill refused a full refund. Unfortunate things come up! Don't rent from them!!
Stay far away! They have not paid our ****************************** for four months. Currently we sit in hurricane season in ******* with NO PROPERTY INSURANCE! When asked about why, our CAM said "There is no money". How is there no money when 99% of residents are paying dues.

You can't get a hold of someone to talk to. When you call you go right into an automated system telling you they will try to respond in 48 hrs (really? 2 days to return a call?)This time no reponse in 4 days (so far) to either a voicemail or email. I have a bill I want to pay but it has errors that I need corrected.The kicker is Associa sent a message out last year stating they were adding staff to address their response time but its only become worse.

Since Associa has bought out Baywest the services went down to a gutter!!!! It began with a constant manager turnover where interval is a-maximum of two years. Dont blame the actual strata managers who do all the work! Its a top to bottom bullying, harassment and push out tge responsibility to the ************** who is ********************** but gets FYI emails instead. Theres no guidance, lack of communication and endless response links that dont state anything but create lots of confusion. When senior management is contact... read more

Well the string of reviews on this BBB website speak for themselves. There is a reason the rating of this company is so poor. Working with them has been a nightmare due to no returned phone calls, no returned emails, and no assistance to resolve my matter whatsoever. My hope is that this company sees these egregious reviews on here and starts to change. They definitely need it.
