I live in the palm villas in *********. For the last six months we have not had a reds agent. Further, multiple efforts to contact associa have been ignored. When i finally got in contact with someone, they told me that my concerns would be answered, months later, again, I am being ignored. Do not hire this company; hire anyone else.

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever had the misfortune of associated with. My HOA hired them to harass and terrify the community. *************************** was a complete nightmare to communicate with and singled me out on more than one occasion. I was the victim of retaliation and abuse that progressively got worse. Associa is a FOR profit company that is paid for by a non profit, its no wonder they are the bottom of the barrel as far as quality and professionalism. Its probably all these hoas can afford.

Worst management company ever!!! They take your monthly fees, but will not pay the bills such as water and trash. Yest, they pay themselves.

IT appears the only people that think they should have an A+ rating are YOU! any neighborhood I have ever heard that has them contracted talks about their lack of concern for the property that they are paid thousands a month to handle. All they want to do is take money out of property owners pockets. WE have had enough & we can not get our money out of them even though we have written verification that they would have all our information and funds back by MARCH 30th and we still can't get any communications from them. !!!! BUYER BEWARE **************** doesnt even deserve one star. ********************* buying/renting in any community they oversee. They do nothing to resolve any issues, just rudely reply and close tickets. You can never talk to anyone on the phone or in person. I whole heartily regret the home buy and wish we would have done more research on this company, the builder and the area.

Beware of this condo association…management team. They won’t and don’t help with anything to your condominium. In addition, they will charge you move in/out fee, even though you (owner) does everything on the administration side and physical moving. Regarding of the complaint, they will collect that unnecessary fees from you and said, it’s part of the condo rules, so owner has to stick to it.
