As others have posted, the *************** is extremely non-responsive. It would be better if the answering service said that absolutely under no circumstance would someone return your call than to promise that someone would return your call.

Associa is the absolute worst in every aspect. Zero communication, customer service, and organization. I live at the ************** Condos (I rent the unit from the owner), and they NEVER answer emails or phone calls and seem as if they are never in the office. My unit flooded in June of 2022 and was infested with large amounts of black mold due to negligence of the **** I live on the ground floor, and the **** drain line for our unit and all the units above us clogged and had overflown into the entire unit while I was out o... read more

Sadly, the one-star reviews are all correct. Our HOA in ********* switched to Associa Chicagoland at the beginning of this year, and I was excited considering their upgrade in technology (e.g. **************** page). At the beginning, it did seem like they wanted to try and make it a smooth transition for new customers like myself. But then came the awful customer service (or lack of it). We inherited a a ***** *********** ***** Assc) that is managed by ************** group with the parent company being Associa out of *****. This ***** is located in ****** **********. They are totally incompetent and we are one step away from executing legal action against them. We updated the condo for sale. We had a buyer instantly. I think this company Associa and Mark ***** have zero credibility!!! They are currently Operating and managing our Community in ************ **, with a SUSPENDED State contractors license. In addition to that they also have been conducting business with an expired ************ Business License as of 11/21. Mooolly ****** & *************** ****** are two of the worst people I have ever dealt with. They fraudulently posted a vehicle removal notice on my car despite it having been moved during the alleged 5-day period. I had no idea this so-called policy was in effect and was very confused. Especially perplexing was the fact the notice they put on my car was apparently written in green crayon. Dont use this company. They seem to be fascists who like to cause problems for home owning residents.

I am astonished at how unprofessional Associa of BC is! The Strata Manager in charge of our development, Alex, continually berates myself and other owners in email and on the forum. He has been ill advising our council on matters stating it is the City of ********** mandating the by-laws, but we have emails from the City indicating they don't. My dues are being payed theu a trustee for five years up to july this year to previous HOA Blue Water Assoc. Now this company sending collection letters with interest and charges applied when this has been paid thru a trustee. I have contacted them with no results only letters threaten from their company

Hoa quarterly fee was withdrawn from my account 6 days after the unit was sold to a new owner. After a month of phone calls and emails largely unanswered I am still trying to get the amount reimbursed.
