I have had issue with Associa of **** for the past year. I purchased a townhome 2 1/2 years ago. I had recently put in a claim for the atrocious handling of our landscaping. Their work ethic is Awful!!! *****, was the person that contacted me on 6.22.2023. She only tried calling me back once to speak with me about getting more information. And, because I wasn't available and at work, they closed my claim. I did in fact call her back the next morning after she contacted me and it went to voice mail. I don't how anyone can give this management company an A+ category. The manager of our community is completely unreliable, unprofessional, does not return calls (even in an emergency). She has little or no knowledge where critical valves and shut offs are located. I scheduled a plumber yesterday for a leak I have in the bathroom. I asked where shut off valves were located because he had to shut down water for 10 minutes. She gave me the wrong information and when I called, she never returned my phone call. I paid the plumber... read more

Do not use this management group. They violated the *************************** act via the ** telling the property manager to do so. They violated the act to let a board member get her friend a seat on the board. They do very shady things. Even giving proof. The president does not care. Only use if you want to get back doored when things dont go their way.
