I would rate zero if I could. I can never get anyone on the phone when I call, I have to email and wait for a couple of days. Because no one knows the answer to my questions (like how do I pay my bill as a new owner?) We are paying a high HOA fee and have zero amenities. They Wont fix the pool, (about 2 years now) we have one washer and one dryer for about 8 people. And kids, Of course no heat or hot water is included, no playground. Company does not respond to paying customers. Company does not provide budget spending and seemingly steals money from the residents they manage. They hire below average vendors at a premium price, likely to pocket more money for themselves. This crooked company should be investigated. It's a shame I don't have enough money to hire a lawyer (******* steals it all) or else it would be an easy win as it's pretty obvious this company mismanages money big time.

They repeatedly ignore requests for repairs, pass the buck or make excuses why they are not responsible, and only rarely give a token effort of any kind to seem as if they are on top of things. Id give 0 stars if I **uld but you have to give one to **mment. This **mpany is an ac**unting nightmare. They hold payments instead of posting them in order to charge you late fees and interest. A credit card ** can post millions of payments a day but these yahoos cant post a payment made in over a week!!! They were instructed NOT to charge any fees and stated they wouldnt but did.
