I have owned a property managed by Associa Gulf Coast for about 3 years. In those 3 years we have had a new "manager" every 6 months and membership increases for what seems like less service. I have had a number of issues that I have reported to the *** and Associa that have gone unanswered/unresolved, some going on for close to 2 years. The call center reps are extremely unprofessional and have very limited knowledge on anything to do with the properties/communities under their management and fail to communicate internally ... read more

Some of these reviews - I just have to laugh. Folks the management company, manages the building needs, not our needs as individual owners. We own our units and are responsible for its upkeep not the management. They are there so assist if needed but condos are not like apartments where if I have any issue, I just call up the landlord and they fix it. No management company is going to hold your hands folks.

These people who work here are very great! I lost everything in fire and finding help was very difficult until I found them. ******************* is super amazing she stayed in contact with me the whole way. They approved me for a ****** Now I actually feel hope. I was giving up stressed and scared and just at the end didn't know what to do .. they gave me hope in everything is going to be ok. Y'all are truly a blessing from God.. thank u
