Terrible customer support. Didn't ring the door bell to do the interior of my home. Called to have the worker come back out to the do the interior of my home. They did not have any availability until 3 weeks later. The sales person straight up lied to me saying they would come back up immediately if I ever had any issue. He also lied and told me my cancellation fee would only be $100. They try to charge you $199 for cancelling. Stay away from this company they are a nightmare. They promised to get rid of our mosquitoes. We had two reservices after the first one for free. They did nothing. They said I had to wait for three services for it to work. We waited those three services. I still have welts all over my legs from mosquito bites. I called to cancel because they didnt do as promised and they want to charge me $200 cancellation fee. They said they would invoice me it then made it so I cant even access my account anymore. Do not use this company! They are not able to do anything they promise.

Door to Door salesperson saw the no solicitation sign and said he was a pest removal representative. I pointed to the sign and shut the door in his face. Terrible company and way of doing business.

Terrible customer service. Far too expensive. Not thorough - didnt even ring my doorbell so that they could do the interior portion of my service that I paid for immediately of course. Sprayed residue all over my front glass door. This service has been an on-going nightmare since almost day one and they will not cancel my contract even though they are not fulfilling their portion of it

I, and numerous people in my community, have had terrible experiences with a door-to-door salesperson from Aptive Environmental, and I cannot emphasize enough how horrified I am with their illegal and threatening sales tactics. Despite prominently displaying multiple "no solicitation" signs on my property, this individual has consistently ignored it, showing a complete disregard for the law and my personal property. This company is very deceptive, they have no pricing on there website so you have to call or put in a request online. I put in a request online and was contacted within a couple days. I agreed to the pricing and setup an initial visit. When ******* came to my door I still had not seen a contract. He asked me to sign on his phone, I said I did not want to sign anything until I read the contract. It turns out I was signing and then refused to put my initials on anything else. After one treatment we started finding dead birds in our backyard. Brought it to their attention and basically was mocked saying they didnt kill the birds. Canceled and they would not have the fee. My options were pay 200 bucks or have birds killed. Terrible company with worse customer service. Stay away.

Aggressive young man wearing a shirt with "grit" on logo of shirt , not Aptive, bangs on my door loudly while I am working form home. I answer the door while on a zoom meeting, and he just starts talking before I get a chance to speak. My dog is barking and I'm in a meeting and he starts talking about wasps. I tell him we already have a pest control company, but thank you, and I go to shut the door. Two guys from Aptive Environmental was going door to door at our condo complex claiming that they had a contract with the association, which they didn't as my wife is President of our condo association. We also have a "no soliciting" sign at our entrance. I threatened to call the police if they didn't leave. They didn't leave and continued soliciting our neighbors.
