I was promised a set specific price of $99.00 per treatment after the first initial treatment. Moving forward and they did not honor that price. Instead they billed me for a $159.00 with no invoice. I do not recommend this company at all.

Total scam!I told Segway riding salesperson no. He came back later and talked husband into service. He discounted the price to $49 per month. We were charged $145. Called and have to pay $200 to cancel service. So angry- next time we will check BBB first!

I have been an Aptive customer since 2019, and have gotten increasingly frustrated with their shoddy and inconsistent billing practices. Initially, I was sent an e-mail invoice, which could be paid online via their online customer portal, and I had also given my credit card number to the ********* office for automatic billing. Terrible company to deal with. ******** stated they could get rid of gypsy moths. We were told they spray 12 feet into the trees. We found out when the second service person came to do our home that they do not spray trees. So how can you kill or prevent them if you do not spray the egg sacks. The service person got upset when I told him he could not scrap the egg sacks off the tree and that he need to spray the tree. He them got mad and left. This company is a scam! The agreement you sign up with conveniently doesnt match the one they keep on file. If you choose NOT to sign up for automatic payment they will still take payment without authorization. when signing up they state you will receive notice of your next treatment, you get no notice and they show up when they please. They do not complete all the services they promise. Technicians arrive and stay 5 minutes then state they sprayed your entire property, cleared webs, applied traps. This company provides the WORST customer service. I received a text telling me that my next service was in 4 days. I called them and told them I cancelled the service 6 months ago. He got very aggravated and told me it was up to me to have cancelled the service (which I thought I did 6 months prior) after my last service in Feb 2022, and they have no record of my cancellation.
