HORRIBLE! This company billed me $65 a month when my contract clearly stated $65 PER SERVICE! Spent two hours arguing with one representative and two managers. Then I was told I was going to be refunded and honered my $65 rate per service. I asked to have this in writing- she said she would send it as soon as we got off the phone. Nothing was emailed to me. Have been a client of Aptive since 2018 with a quarterly service. This year they have decided to start treating my house every other month. Once I noticed they could not provide me a new contract accepted by me. I was told an email went out that changed everyone's service to ***** days. So I asked for a refund for the time they only allowed 45 days in between and was told since it was over 30 days ago I could not get a refund. Became a customer in 2020. Signed a quarterly service agreement for $94 of service ($376 a yr). First two years were great. Just got a notification today that my quarterly service would be Monday. Thought about it and I had one not too long ago so I looked up my service history. Without realizing it this last year they have been treating my house every two months and charging me $94 every two months. We are senior citizens, both over 80. This slick talking rep came to our door last July,2022. He told us that everyone in our area had bought this pest program and if we signed up we would get a **** discount. He lied. We kept asking what the total price was and he said $139. What he didnt say was per application. Weve already paid close to $500 and still arent finished. I wanted to cancel, but that would have cost ** $199. No- just no. Run!! After an aggression sales person continued to knock and ring my doorbell I finally answered. I was suckered into this as it seems most people had been. I was told it was $70/quarter. Nope, per month. I figured I heard wrong and since they came for the 2nd month I paid I was fine. 3rd month, they stole my money and charged me 200 to cancel. DONT USE THESE GUYS! SCAMMER and aggressive sales people, signed us up for 2 year service. Every time new technician comes and keeps refusing to service the *** side of the property which is attached to the house. When the sales guy came we showed them the full area and that person agreed. ******** said running a special. I originally said wasnt interested because had them before and wasnt happy. He said they had new products now and that if I wasnt happy I could cancel at anytime. Never said after a year. Never saw a contract. Said he would email me one. I never got it. After a few treatments for mosquitoes I canceled because it wasnt working. This is an absolute scam of a company. They do not offer customer service. They do not have working user website. They tell you quarterly visits, try to sneak in extra visits and claim it was an accident, and after a few months try to add extra visits again. They have been nothing but a headache since they started.There needs to a class action coming to them at some point.
