Started spraying without ringing the doorbell first. ******* notes on account saying that only the front yard should be sprayed. FORCED THEIR WAY THROUGH A LOCKED GATE into my backyard and sprayed, killing all the toads and ladybugs that call my backyard home. Sent me an upcoming appointment reminder three hours after they had already left. 0/10 I wish I could give zero or negative stars.

Very deceptive sales pitch. Pushy and omits information on fees and number of visits. Told him to remove me from tablet. Hope he did.

**************** should be extremely ashamed of themselves! First, this company's door-to-door salesmen are disrespectful and harass each person they talk with. Second, when you call to submit a complaint they run you around in circles with the promise an "area manager" will contact you within 48 hours, which is a lie. What ever customer service training is provided to this company's employees needs to be reevaluated. I hate to give one star, but had no choice.

Neighbor paid to have this company come out.. ****** carelessly sprayed whatever chemical he had all over my Porsche that was the driveway next door. Horrible company, ****** The Tech, was very rude and wouldn't even apologize for doing it. Called Corporate, got hung up on once, 2nd and 3rd lady told me I'll get a call back.. Nothing. I would never use them after this .

Fraud - Beware!!! We switched in 2021 and reported pests to control of mice and ********* ants. The sales person said no problem they use environmentally friendly chemicals for those pests. I was on the quarterly plan but caught them billing us 5 times a year. Getting treatments in January for ants is bad enough but charging customers an extra quarterly payment 2 years in a row is fraud. They issued 2 service credits which would have been ok until we found out they lied about the treatments. We didn't really have any problem... read more

Terrible business. I reached out and set and appointment up to have someone come to my home and talk to me about services. Was told I would not be charged unless I signed a contract. No one ever showed up to talk with me and I even reached out to customer service to state this and then did not reschedule. Poor business if no one shows up. Now after several months I get an email saying I owe them $200 for services. Which I never signed up for. Reached out to customer service and waiting on a response will also be calling them... read more

Door-to-door salesman are extremely annoying and would not leave after I turned down services three times. I tried to be polite and civil, but ultimately only closing the door on them was the only thing to get them to stop talking and go away.

Was sold to ** with the understanding they would come ****** days apart, or 3-4 times a year. Has came 4 times through July 2023. They told me that they were reducing the time in between services and that they had informed clients it was now every ***** days, which is 6-7 times a year. Sent text messages with the account managers name but the account manager was on leave...why are they signing off with her name and not that of who is sending the text?Bugs are worse than before they started. Absolutely awful. Unethical barely scratches the surface. Paid $164 for the "service pro" to sit on my back patio furniture and play around on their phone, all caught on my security cameras. When I called to cancel they tried to say they were going to charge me $199 for cancelling. When I finally got contact from someone with the ability to actually do something they wavied the $199 fee (which from the beginning we were told by the sales person would be waived if we were unhappy for any reason) but they refused to refund or ... read more
