This is the worse company I ever deal in my life. This company only cares about money, no service. I was using service of this company for more than six months. They always send very cheap and unprofessional technicians to conduct the service. I had to call 5 times consecutive to get my service done. The service was very poor, they will just make round of home and spray on one corner which won't control ants on my yard. Technicians lacks the knowledge how to spray and where to find the pest. If I could leave zero stars I would! We decided to give them a try in April to treat our yard for mosquitoes/fleas/ticks. The contact was specifically for outside treatment Mosquitoes, Indoor ***************** Outdoor **************** and we were told this would cover other insects (ticks, ants, spiders, etc) in our acre lot.They did the initial treatment discount price of $29 in April and dusted/treated the eves, sprayed the yard, and when I asked the tech about setting the mosquitoes/fly traps I was advised that they would... read more

Rating is F.Sales person just came to the door with a clear "No Soliciting" above the door bell. Rang it, and when asked if he was soliciting, responded with "I don't know what that means". I asked for a card and he refused. Got really pushy.I called the company and got a phone distribution center out side of *** at 1pm CST. Asked for a manager and was refused.This type of sales pressure is inexcusable. Next time I will be calling the police.Correct your situation in the *********** ** area!

Horrible. The sales guy rang our doorbell after 8pm and woke up our kids. When I asked him to leave he continued to try to sell ** his services. I had to ask him to leave three times before he did. Predatory.

Absolutely terrible business model. They consistently flood the neighborhood with door to door sales ********** one yesterday, named *****, was trying to sell Aptive pest services ******** ******** Day). He was extremely pushy, rude, inattentive ton our responses when we explained why we didnt want anymore info and was knocking son doors as late as 9:30 pm. Aptive Environmental uses illegal sales tactics. They go door-to-door, with solicitor's permits, ignoring No Soliciting signs, and admit that they don't check the No Knock list prior to doing so. Why dont you think this is ten words?!?! Words words

Don't appreciate a salesperson coming to our door on Memorial Day and then continuing to push their products when I stated they should not be on our doorstep. Also, we have a sign saying not to knock or ring our doorbell, which obviously was ignored.The salesperson was stating I have to pay for college, which is a poor sales tactic for a supposed professional company.Being a consumer advocate, this represents a poorly managed company with no personal values.

Repeatedly rang the door ****. Ding dong! Ding dong! Ding dong! Ding dong! Until I answered. I spoke through the door glass, which is very easy to talk through. This "kid" answered in a whisper facing the wall. I told him I couldn't hear him. He started over, same whisper. I told him to speak in a normal conversation voice. Still whispering. Door to door. We have a no soliciting sign posted right next to the door bell that their representative pushed to get the door bell to go off. Very unprofessional. It is illegal and the employee could face court if I chose to trespass them.
