We continue to get a bill for this service after we cancelled it. We worked with a very nice customer service rep who straightened out the last billing. We were told during the phone conversation that we no longer owed this company. This conversation was recorded. We continue to receive billing statements via email. I requested that the customer service rep review out phone conversation that reflected that we did NOT owe anything. I didn't get the necessary service for the amount I paid for more than a year. First of all I was informed (as an adds)the company provides the service every three weeks based on the cycle of in home insects. but when the times goes they skip that 3 weeks program and they started to send when ever they wanted , the treatment applied doesn't have any effect. Long term contracts with shady sales tactics. Absolutely no consideration for the job and only interested in collecting money. Not only ineffective but completely unreachable. You'll spend over a half an hour on hold just to speak with someone just to get hung up on. They take advantage of the disabled and stupid.

Aptive Pest Control LLC came around my neighborhood in October of 2021. They claimed they could take care of moles which our entire neighborhood had a huge problem with so practically the entire neighborhood signed on with the company. First appointment came through and did a thorough spray of the entire house and put blue crystals near all of the mole hills in the yard treated the outside of the home as well and provided these sticky mouse traps. **************** and communication is incredibly poor. Upon agreeing to services, the sales rep never communicated there was a binding contract! Then after telling me I had a number of services I had to pay for, the first service didn't count because I had received a promotion. Then, on top of all of this, they raise my service price without communicating. The service itself didn't make any difference in my house and the customer treatment is unnaceptable.

Service is good, even is crazy higher than most companies, I was going to cancel to try other companies and maybe getting back but... It would be impossible is just a nightmare. I was going to cancel for a few months and after I was going back, now I'm doing it for good!

I have been a customer for 9 months now and the service provided by ********************************* is always great. He is professional and thorough. I have seen a decrease in the spiders that were all around our home. Thank you Aptive.
