Deceptive!! I was deceived into signing a 2yr CONTRACT. I was told it was for 4 services one for each season. They have literally come about every 2wks and charge us $200+ each time!!! STAY CLEAR!!!

I hired Aptive Environmental (on July 5, 2022) for the cockroaches in my kitchen. Everytime the visit, the technician comes and sprays outside my house and leaves. Last visit on Dec 9, 2022. I had called him in. He still left without coming inside. I call customer service and they send someone again on Dec 12th. This technician was fully rude to me and like other did the work of spraying in 10 min and left. Now I see they have billed me $180.20 for both the visits separately ($360.40 total). Because of hospitalization, I got behind in one payment. I paid in full when I was recovering. But Aptive decide to terminate my account When I inquired why I had not gotten my winter service, they told me about my account being cancelled. No letter, email, or call So to re activate my account, I went thru 3 different people, who finally said: I need to transfer you, and someone will call u back. Poor customer service

Aptive Environmental sold ** a plan for $72 for the first service and $109 every 3 months. They have been charging us every 2 months. Also, the salesman said that we are going to be completely ***** free after 2 weeks because their product not only kills the insects but also scares them away so they will not come back. Since then, we have only had more roaches. Their product doesn't work as promised.We called customer service and a very rude representative said that there is nothing they can do about the unscheduled payments... read more
