Their technicians are great. They are friendly and thorough. ***************** and dispatch are THE WORST. I have asked repeatedly for a different time, via phone calls and emails, and they say they will, but never follow through. Now that I want to cancel, I cant get ahold of anyone. DO NOT USE THEM.

Locked into a 2 year contract, aggressive door to door solicitation. If you want to get out of the contract they charge a 200 dollar fee. Absolute scam artists

Sales guy comes to my house and explains that he is treating both my neighbors and wants to know if I want ******** control. I have voles in the back yard so sign up for their vole treatment. He tells me I can cancel at any time and should be able to cancel after just a month or two because the voles should be gone. I do this. Just called to cancel and was told there is a $199 cancellation fee if you cancel before one year. I have refused to pay it. The sales guy mentioned nothing about that when he made his pitch. Unfortunately during my initial assessment the Aptive technician did Not discover the rodent breach outside my basement window. After the third Aptive technician, I went with *************** who discovered the breach, corrected and used more effective products for indoors. Aptive is now charging me $200 for the contact end fee. Although each technician was friendly and professional, entire experience was a waste of time and money.************

We have had Aptive for some years now and have been happy with the service. The main thing is that although I'm very sensitive to chemicals, their products do not bother me, whether used inside or out. Overall the technicians are friendly and helpful. They come once a quarter. Yesterday, ***** was here and he was friendly, listened to all that I pointed out, and was happy to take care of it. ********************

We absolutely cannot recommend this company as they are unethical, shady and don't complete the promised service. We gave into a pushy salesman on a scooter that came to our door and would not take No for an answer. We had a millipede issue, so we decided to give them a shot. They promised that each treatment would be inside and out, and that they would place sticky traps in our garage each time. Mixed feelings about Aptive. I have had them for a little over a year. They seem, for the most part to do a good job. I think it depends on the technician you get and I have had a different one almost every time.Biggest issue I have is they keep setting up appointments every 2 months instead of every quarter (first two are supposed to be 2 months apart, but every quarter afterwards). I have to keep calling to reschedule since they just set random appointments for me!The other issue is when spraying my garage, one of the tech... read more
