Terrible business practices, scheduled appointments confirmed and changed constantly. Added services not cleared by customer. First tech accidentally sprayed inside my car. Killed my flowers. Asked o. Several occasions to cancel and was yold the contract if broken would cost $500 to cancel. No One is on the same page. So.eone scheduled 3 appointments then tells me their on there way out to service when emails and texts were sent for different days. Terrible customer service. please don't spray poison all around my house when I'm not your customer.... not only did you enter my yard and risk my dog biting you, but me not being a customer of yours, risked my pet's life ( ****** is aptive safe for animals') I don't know what you are using in your spray. you also have terrible customer service since you feel this issue isn't significant enough to call me back so I can be advised of what poisons you sprayed all around my house. how do I get papers of what you sprayed and someone to call me back?????
When I moved into my house, we had a lot of pests. Ever since we got Aptive pest control, there have been no issues! ***************************** just came to my house today. I was reminded the service was going to be performed this week and had the chance to ask for any specific needs. Its very personalized and customer service oriented. Couldnt be better!

Evan ***** serviced my home today. He was professional, explained exactly what he would be doing today and was very thorough. I give him 10 stars! I have had a great experience with Aptive over the last 3 years.
Dan was courteous, professional, on time, and explained treatment outside of the house. I was very happy with his service.
I was home recovering from surgery and couldnt get to the door. The technician sprayed my porch and left. Company charged me for the full amount even though they were supposed to come inside and spray as well as the spray the backyard and they did neither. My email to customer service was never responded to. Disappointing service to say the least
Technician explained tasks to be performed and, asked if we desired inside service is needed. Completed all tasks without interruption and made sure we were satisfied.
I recently left an introductory agreement with Aptive. The reasons for this termination are as follows;1. Lack of consistency - Five techs/three account managers in the 1 1/2 years Aptive has serviced us. Resulted in poor communication and lack of quality support for me.2. Scheduling - I have told at least two techs and two account managers that we want/need to schedule appointments in advance and they need to be on Monday's.
