If I could give 0 stars I would.Sales person seemed very inexperienced and just wanted to make a sale. She promised a low monthly fee because I was on a tight budget. But I came to find out that she merely loaded all the payments at the end of the term. When I called their customer service after my card was charged 5 times, *******. said it was a glitch and my account was paid up. Always have a wonderful experience with Aptive technicians. They are very professional, and respectful of ** and our property and home. ******* is outstanding, friendly introduction of himself, sweet personality. Took care of addressing the spider crickets in our unfinished basement and other possible issues outside and around our home, explaining procedures so I understood.
******* completed my quarterly service and he did an outstanding job. His attention to detail deserves praisefrom the phone call letting me know he was coming through the process of assessing my property prior to administering the repellent. He gave me a detailed report of what he did and offered to return if I needed it. Aptive has very good standards that the Technicians follow. Thanks *******.

Sales guy comes to my house and explains that he is treating both my neighbors and wants to know if I want some pest control. He tells me I can cancel at any time and should be able to cancel after just a month or two because the voles should be gone. I do this. Just called to cancel and was told there is a $199 cancellation fee if you cancel before one year.
