************** was an excellent Techician. He let me know he was running late. He listened to my concerns and addressed them completely. He was polite and friendly. ********
I feel scammed. Instead of every three months like they said they keep sending people every month so it costs way more. I called to cancel and they were going to charge me like $200. The person I talked to didn't seem to care at all. I managed to get it changed to the plan I thought I had in the first place but have to have like 9 more treatments to satisfy the 'contract'. I just feel so angry.
It has been a horrible experience. I signed up for quarterly - they made it monthly. I then changed it back to quarterly, they still came monthly. This was August I called, in September the service man came and we refused service saying it was quarterly. He stated that it was no surprise as they are known to have the worst customer service. We didn't get service in September b/c we refused and now they are saying we owe for that month, when I twice asked for quarterly (I had Terminex quarterly before and now trying to unders... read more

Have had Aptive for a few years and the service has really helped keep the bugs at bay. ********************************* was our service technician today and took some extra time to discuss a couple of things regarding our service. He was on time, helpful and very courteous. I appreciated the little bit of extra time he gave.

Great job as always! ********************************* is always prompt and polite and does any areas that need extra attention.
******* was fantastic! We have had an ongoing issue with ants in our home, and ******* was the first tech to approach our concern as an infestation and not just a simple annoyance. He took the time to listen to our concerns, and treated our home like his own.
