I sold a service that promised to rid the spiders from my house. I thought I would try it out. I was sold on that they would come out and fix it if I wasn't happy with the service. After the first I was told to wait 2-3 weeks and the spiders will be gone. That was a lie so I called and had them come back out. An aptive rep came to my door and told me about their great services. I was told they come out bimonthly and I would be billed bimonthly as well. He also stated if I needed a reservice for pests that I have issues with, they would come out take care of the issue at no expense to me. Now I have been charged every single month and my account manager says its because they come out every month but they DONT! If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. We had aptive for five years. One week after our last quarterly service we had stink bugs all over the exterior of our home. We called aptive and we were told their technicians were not trained to treat that type of bug. After five years of quarterly services we should not have any bugs much less all over the exterior of our home one week after they sprayed. How does an exterminator call themselves an exterminator if they arent trained to handle all types of ins... read more

The quarterly device was during ugly weather. ****, the Aptive technician, explained the adaptations made due to weather and performed his usual, and complete service. The service was completely documented and receipted.

I needed inside service for ants and they scheduled that same week! I had the pleasure of having ***** and he was so thorough and explained to me why this was happening and took care of other places that they normally like to visit! I really appreciate Aptive and have had this company for several years! I hope if I need inside service again that I can request Grant...He was great!!!

Please stay away from Aptive as they really cheat your money. I lost $700 in 3 months with these folks...My story is a sales agent knocked on my door Jul and convinced me to use their service as I am getting a great offer have to pay only $160 every quarter for their serives. I got into the contract with the folks and they never walk me through all the hidden clauses. At best rip off at worst fraud! Paid for the removal of yearly pests that they guaranteed to get rid of. Paid for months called and said the pests were still here. Also offered to update credit card info. They refused to take and sent a link I never got. My lawn was ruined, the pests never were killed and they charged hundreds of dollars. We called to cancel because the service was BS. They never killed a thing. Then a few months later we got a collection notice for a bill they never sent us the link to pay.

Evan Cloud did a great job rectifying the previous service pro's failure to complete the service. We appreciated the advance notice of his arrival time, and courteous manners upon arrival. He was very willing to listen to our concerns and address them all.
